I asked for assistance with my mother and was told no one was available and to ring the bell and someone would come when they were free. Twenty minutes later the bell still ringing I returned to the station and found a male nurse and a female nurse chatting and ignoring the bell.

The staff are fantastic. I don't think it could be improved. The system they have is the best I have every experienced.

Not enough nursing staff. Too overworked for amount of patients, therefore patients missing out
